Pavise calls it the first daily topical biostimulator, which sounds like marketing until you look at what is actually in the bottle. This is a nightly serum aimed at the things that are genuinely hard to move: set-in expression lines, stubborn discoloration, chronic redness, and the slow loss of firmness that shows up in your late thirties and keeps going.
What is in it
The base is the same DiamondCore zinc oxide behind Dynamic Age Defense, but here it does a different job. Rather than shielding, it drives penetration, roughly doubling how much of everything else paired with it actually reaches the skin.
Around that sit four complexes. Sculpting hexapeptides for expression lines, and Pavise positions these as complementary to neurotoxin rather than a replacement for it. A reconstructive barrier complex built on five ceramides plus cholesterol. A pigment complex working alpha-arbutin, tranexamic acid, niacinamide, and 4-butylresorcinol across several different discoloration pathways at once. And a cell therapy matrix of resveratrol, astaxanthin, and milk thistle.
The pigment side is the reason to pay attention. Melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation rarely respond to a single brightener, and stacking pathways is the approach that tends to work.

It also earns a place in aftercare. Pavise clears it for use immediately following non-ablative and fractional treatments, so it can go on right after MOXI, microneedling, or BBL rather than waiting out a recovery window with nothing on the skin.
